The Guardians have agreed to a two-year, $33MM contract with free-agent first baseman Josh Bell, reports Jon Heyman of the New York Post. The type of deal Cleveland needs to make. Bell has some upside but they didn't have to break the bank. |

m It’s a shame. With all Taillon has been through I still think he could break out and become better than what he’s shown. Best of luck to the boy with the upside down mouth. I hope he does well when not facing the Yankees… |

Good for Taillon. He's a great story with his comeback and is a solid middle of the rotation starter. He'll do well in Chicago. |
