Today's lineup. Volpe at SS, Peraza at 2B and IKF in CF. German on the mound. It seems a bit illogical to play Peraza at 2B and Volpe at SS. But maybe that’s the way this is going to go in the future. The SS is more likely to be the guy that would captain the infield, if not the team. Volpe is about a sum that is greater than his parts. A bigger than life rookie. An undeniable force… |

Crap, German. Geez. You’ve looked really crappy the last couple of times out. If that’s what you’re bringing to the table this year, we might see Deivi in the rotation within a few weeks. Too many pitches in the middle of the plate…
