If Holmes does his job on Friday night, the Yanks take 3 out of 4. Yep. We're at the 10 percent point of the season and the Yankees are on a 100-win pace. Totally meaningless stat of course. Pitch clock is the best! Only problem, I was out for an hour and a half and missed most of the game! Need to time those workouts better. But good for you sticking with the program for so long. I woke up at 12:30 today. That was the problem.

That's just nasty. Guy wasn't close to either one. One of the things I like about Cole is his striving to be the best. He's always trying to learn and tinker and adjust. Guys like Joba Chamberlain never had the mental makeup to do anything but waste his talent. Joba had a 100 mph fastball and a slider than fell off of a table, and he never got better - just fatter and drunker. |
