They made an Aaron Hicks bobblehead, but the head would get stuck and there was always something wrong with it.  A bobblehead that doesn't bobble. Sounds like he's from the Island of Misfit Toys. |

I remember when that team faced right handed pitching, they had the veteran on base machines Boggs and Raines that even at their advanced age could still get on base. Plus O'Neill with a .411 OBP, Bernie at .391, Tino at .364 and Strawberry at .354. Just murder on righties. Them was the days. There was a collective philosophy regarding hitting and approach for that team. Still, the future Hall of Famer was batting seventh, eighth, and ninth for 105 games. Stacked is a word that comes to mind. |
