It's true, when I hear all the travel and the hiking, it makes me want to get off my freight and join the NSA, CIA, or whomever sends Pipps behind enemy lines. These days Pipps sends Pipps behind enemy lines. You know what I miss most in retirement? Expense accounts! I heard a podcast of some ex-Big Pharma salesman/representative with an expense accounts that he HAD to spend every year, so that the company would not cut it the following year. Some of these guys were making up clients, going on deep sea fishing trips, and eating at Michelin restaurants twice a day to get it done under the wire. |
