My friend got stuck at work so we couldn't make the reservation. Just wound up ordering Korean Fried Chicken which was really good. I love Korean Fried Chicken! Why? Is it the condiments? Spices…. |

My friend got stuck at work so we couldn't make the reservation. Just wound up ordering Korean Fried Chicken which was really good. What differentiates Korean fried from other fried?…(Fried by Koreans, I know)… They use a curry powder and the usage of a lighter starch instead of all-purpose flour to create a crispy coating. Also, its double fried. The chicken also goes through a first fry to cook the chicken and then a second fry to ensure a golden brown crunchy crust. |
