Looks like most are in agreement. Sevy needed a chance to do it or fail. I think in the long view it was the right move. In the short view when we grabbed the lead, Sevy could have been pulled and we could have protected that lead. I look for Sevy to be stronger next time out. I really think he’s right there, ready to turn the corner… I think the guys in the rotation will have more respect for Boone if he starts showing more confidence in them. |

Some of us (me) have been complaining all season about Boone's quick hooks, plus I thought Sevy had it in him to get out of the inning. The pitch was a fastball up, away, and out of the strike zone, so it's not like it was on a tee. |
