Umps tired of not being seen. Ridiculous rule without a standard. Either rosin is legal or it isn't. There is no way to set a limit of how much is too much. MLB needs a new baseball like the one used in Japan.

I am not a fan of this nonsense with either team. Batter can do anything with the bat but pictchers need to go through this. I can see with the spidertack and stuff but this is ridiculous.
