That was not Krook's fault. A first baseman should never cut off the second baseman. Rizzo has some brain freezes sometimes.

Amazing how long it took Boone to realize German had nothing. Nine baserunners vs six outs. And, great time to give "I Am Not A" Krook his first MLB appearance. I'm sure he'll be sharp after sitting for twelve games, and we all know how easy it is to pitch in Fenway.  Do I detect the slightest note of exasperation Rizz? The Reds and Mets used to have a pitcher named Jay Hook. Hook and Krook would have been a great tandem. You do. Turner has proven that he loves hitting against the Yankees and...well I guess I don't need to continue this post. Home run. |

Krook legitimately should have had six outs that inning. He pitched well until Turner came to the plate and then after.

Of course the Orioles lost big today to the cubs. Can never seem to have a different result than them for weeks now.

He’s at his worst when he tries to catch pitchers napping… he knows they don’t expect him to run… But he does it so often that they pretend to ignore him a lure him in… |
