The Dutch guys I worked for loved that paint, but they called it Sherman Williams. People are so odd. When I worked for the multi-National corporation AmeriGas, and before that the 3rd largest propane company in the nation I used to run appointments to people’s home and write up work orders as part of my sales duties and the some would ask me if I was the owner… Even later when the company wanted us to focus on commercial sales I had small business owners ask me if I was the owner… Dutch guy: “Is Sherman in today?”… |

I do miss buying cherries on the side of the road in California at this time of the year. My favorite were those that had variegated coloring, they had a slight tartness that I loved.
