Our problems involve bad player acquisition decisions going back a decade. They will take a long time to fix. Realizing hitting not just pitching matters is an important start. Understanding you can not take chances on players with a history of injuries under any circumstances is another. Firing Cashman who never learns is as well.

A good GM would not have let the Yankees get in the situation with this roster. Either fire Cashman or let him spend a month in the off season with the Braves GM. |
