Tonight is the night that hopefully Rizzo will break out of his power slump. Against Taillon, he's hit .455 with 2 HR's and 6 RBI in 22 AB's.

I get florial isn't on the 40 but you can't tell me there's no one in the minors to dfa to make room Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk not saying I agree with this, but seems to be something about Florial they don't like, at least relative to all the other guys that have been called up. The only thing I can see is he has 91 strikeouts in 66 games, but even with that his OBP is still .391 so its not effecting him getting on base overall. |

I'm very curious to see Rodon, but I cannot help looking at the Cubs' lineup and thinking that it's better than ours. |

Well Franchy is a .215 career hitter (currently hitting about .150) . Better than the career .206 McKinney so an "upgrade." OH wait. They're both playing. Why they can't dfa one of these clowns or Calhoun to bring up Florial is beyond me. He can't possibly be much worse than these guys. |

I'm very curious to see Rodon, but I cannot help looking at the Cubs' lineup and thinking that it's better than ours. And that's with them missing All Star SS Dansby Swanson and regular third baseman Nick Madrigal. But the team has not played well this year. |
