Yea one thing that is a little annoying about baseball for me is it's not like football where a team can go like 14-2 for a season the law of averages always catches up and while sometimes you get fortunate and the team goes on a 10 game winning streak once you get to about 4-5 wins or so it seems like theres always a potential loss about to rear its ugly head which sucks cause the standings are so close and they need every win they can get, but while I want to win both these games my expectations going into this was that a split was most likely but this one is not over and we know the Mets love to blow games. I feel like tomorrow no way Rodon loses 4 games in a row. |

Let me add this is why I'm not fond of this massive interleauge play stuff. The Yankees will be playing 29 other teams this year and 14 of those teams have no chance of playing a playoff series vs them regardless what their record is at the end of the season.

Time for some new blood in the Yankee organization. Boone and Cash need to be shown the door. Its obvious to anyone that has followed these particular players. They are just not a good cohesive unit and they really never have been with Boone coaching. Time to go all in on Ohtani and pick up some left handed bats for the future. The young guys that we have brought up this year are not it. Trade away some of the dead weight if they can and start fresh.
