My prediction of a meaningless hit was off. It was two meaningless hits. And we failed to get our meaningless run, too… Is my TIMING OK to start talking about my 6-year plan??? Tequila is screaming, "If not NOW. when?" No. We need a plan with immediate benefits. Sign some FA. Dump some players that no longer or never really did perform. Trades. And somehow we need to get healthy. We can’t have 3/5ths of our rotation perpetually on the shelf. Nor can we have 3/3 rds of our outfield attended by misfits for a significant piece of the season. I liked that the Yanks wanted to get more athletic, and a bit younger. The words sounded great. I like that Casey is getting endorsed by DJLM. He’s not a magician, it will take time to help everyone… |

Man, was hoping for two in a row. Been, what? Three weeks? Should have seen the blank coming after "exploding" for 20 runs the previous three. The boys must be exhausted from all that base runnin'. Last time they won two in a row was Aug 2nd and Aug 3rd against Tampa Bay and Houston of all teams. |
