I look at this roster and you have to go back 30+ years to find one so devoid of talent. Just a couple dudes and a bunch of detritus. And I'll lay dollars to donuts Cashman skirts without any accountability. Frustrating.

The AAAA player that is hitting like .400 in AAA comes up here and hits .150 A traded player gets hurt The can't miss prospect comes up and hits .150 Like volpe has been pretty good even if there's room for improvement but everyone else from AAA it's like a competition of who can go the most abs without a hit. Right, Cashman will be back and they will blame injuries for their bad season, while scapegoating Boone and coaches/front office guys. |

I'm not expecting these guys to light the world on fire but pereira is .136 Peraza .153 Oswaldo .206 they have a combined 4 hr.

Is the pitching quality that diff in aaa vs mlb? I mean Franchy is like a god hitter in aaa even

They also use an automated strike zone.

Automated strike zone might make a big difference. How many times have the Yankees struck out looking this year? A lot.. Pitchers coming up from AAA have been pretty good for the most part, but this year pretty much every hitter the Yankees called up had at best a hot month and then fell off and some didn't even have that hot month. |

I'm listening and have a 4-2 lead in the 6th and cruising after a rough 1st.
I check a little later and they are down 6-4 and getting embarrassed. Another bad loss.

I’m just wild about Harry! I was so glad when we got him, even though I didn’t want to lose Monty. Quality CF play and a decent bat. But his arm has been a huge disappointment and his hitting has been horrid. Too bad we don’t have a young option to turn loose in CF for the rest of the year. We have Jasson...... 👽 AND WE HAVE ALSO HAVE FLORIAL!!! |
