Florial and Wells back in the lineup against a righty. Stanton batting 5th. This has to be one of the few times in baseball history that the highest batting average among the four through nine hitters is .216 (Cabrera) and the four and five hitters are batting .128 and .190. |

Incredible, isn’t it? Yet better than what we had without bringing up the kids because at least there is hope for improvement. Gausman is a tough assignment for this merry band of players we’ve employed… Over under for the Yanks is probably 2.5 runs. Do you take the under? Probably… |

They also did a nice rock version of Gershwin's "I Got Rhythm" the next year. Guess this should go to the music thread if it continues. |
