spencer jones continues his good spring w a double and a smash that the mets 3Bman made a game saving play on. It was nice to see a power hitter like Spencer hit a line drive the other way. Yep, the Mets 3Bman made a great catch. |

Great oppo swing there. I’m hoping we don’t see massive uppercutting develop so we can see more of a throwback approach of hitting what the pitcher is throwing instead of just wrapping around those pitches and topping them to one of the middle infielders or worse swinging over them for the K…
Unlike many power hitters, it's nice to see a power hitter like Spencer not swing and miss so much.

Yeah that's my point. Instead of wasting time with Jose Rojas, Josh VanMeter, Kevin Smith, etc... guys who we dont want to see anywhere in the Yankees system Why dont we get a better look at Rice, Vivas, Jones, Wells etc ... guys with a future on the Yankees We all like to see the best at all times, but the guys you’re upset about are perhaps being evaluated to see what level they’ll be playing at, and in some cases to see if they might stay in the system or be released. Everything has a process to it… And we’re not always privy to that process. An opposing team might have requested we play them because they’re interested in trading for them… LOL!! They are 28 to 31 years old? We dont know yet ??? |
