I know the game isn't until tomorrow but I'm starting the thread early because I will be away until Saturday night. I am going to the game tomorrow though! Excited to see Severino pitch and hopefully will see Ohtani strike out 4 times! Will need someone else to start the Game Thread Saturday night. See you after I come back late Saturday!

Severino throwing lots of pitches. No command of his slider. 76 pitches through four innings. Already has walked four. Fastball is getting better each inning, though, and he's used his change up pretty well.
