Did anyone put money on Torres leading this team in home runs for the season? Holy crap he can hit.

Keith Law was right again. He said Gleyber would produce 8 to 10 home runs, and he just hit his 9th!

Chapman wins that matchup. Yanks keep their lead. Otani is pretty good at baseball. It's a shame he's not going to face Tanaka on Sunday, I think the whole baseball world wanted to see that one.

Otani is pretty good at baseball. It's a shame he's not going to face Tanaka on Sunday, I think the whole baseball world wanted to see that one. Strange. It's evident that Ohtani doesn't like the spot light, after expressing and then acting on his desire to play for a "small-market, west-coast team." Ohtani vs. Tanaka would create a huge Japanese media blitz both here and abroad. Maybe Ohtani requested to skip the start against Tanaka to suit his purposes?

Solid game last night...surprised to see that Heaney pitched so well but his numbers were better than I would have though too. Judge and Gleyber are just unbelievable players. Cashman done good.

Very impressed with Heaney last night. He certainly pitched well enough to win, and he may have if not for two bullets thrown by Judge.
