He's more likely to have a host - guy is a parasite. I was actually beginning to dread coming to the forum. When he was gone for a couple days, things got back to normal quickly. Once he returned, it was as if the devil had returned to the forum. Remember, the exorcism we had to perform? Be careful, he might come back. thedevil😂, I banned him too. Great company for those two.

Posada's been banned guys. Now let's continue the Yankees (and other topics) conversation! thank you. he was banned at the yes network forum and always came back w a name change. hope bob comes back. knowledgeable. one of the really good posters. What name did he used on YES? Indeed Bob was great, added to the list Lola, Newinn, and Mo.

I almost wonder if he suffers from some mental disorder. I tried to help him but he wasn’t having anything of that…yeah, we did have a giancarlo for just a little while I believe… That political thread got so nasty that he would have fit right in there…

On the Yes board he was Giancarlo and had an unhealthy obssesion of Hating Gleyber, to the point it was scary, and of course Loving Stanton, also to the point it was scary.
His pic was Stanton in a suit and he often talked about Stanton's physique and glutes.
He used the new forum as an opportunity to get out of his position on Stanton (because Stantons production is no longer defendable) and Gleyber (because Gleyber proved him wrong and was never traded as he predicated 100 times a day)
His new obsession here was "Not trading for Burns" and Judge's injury history ... amongst other things.
But yeah ... something is not right, he obviously can't help himself.

So then: Is it Monty? Will he even come back? Is it Snell? If it is, which Snell is he? I’m thinking maybe Cash goes under cover here and we trade for a younger pitcher with some control and a bit lower expectations but great potential. Bring back the game Cashman. It needn’t be half-worn out old game. Get a young one… And don’t forget we have Warren and Gil… Warren and Gil will be needed for sure, even if in the bullpen. Snell rejected his qualifying offer, so he will cost draft picks and international free agent money. Plus, he just walks so many batters, which is why he's a five inning pitcher. Cashman's ego might be in the way to admit he was wrong about Monty being able to pitch in the playoffs, and there is no guarantee Monty doesn't have a sour taste in his mouth about how he was treated by Boone and his intermittent 4.2 innings limit. Long gone are the days when a team only needed 12 or 14 pitchers in a season. Warren, Gil and lots of other names are going to show up on scorecards by the end of the year. I think the Yankees used more than 20 guys who got more than 20 innings each last year plus a dozen other gents who had shorter workloads. You need guys with minor league otpions to fill out the roster.

For different reasons, Rodon last season never got his legs under him. That also happened to Nestor as well. By the way, J.P. Sears this spring: 2.08 ERA, 13.0 innings, 3 ER, 1 BB, 15 Ks, 0.69 WHIP .170 BA against. I really like Sears… he was quite a CRAFTSMAN.

Now let's continue the Yankees (and other topics) conversation! thank you. he was banned at the yes network forum and always came back w a name change. hope bob comes back. knowledgeable. one of the really good posters. Bob is knowledgeable, but after awhile when someone keeps pushing his buttons he lets them know about it. And, sometimes it isn't pretty. In my opinion, he's the author of what I call the biggest "cyber burn" that I have seen on the YES board in my 17-18 years posting there. This happened when there was maybe a couple of days before the YES board was going to shutdown. To say that Bob put a poster in his place would be an understatement.
Posters that were allowed to keep posting after being banned was one of few reasons why I was looking for another message board to post on. As some of you know, I couldn't find a message board with a format that I liked. Had I known about this message board I was have left the YES board awhile ago. But I would have asked Kaybli to invite you and the people that I consider friends on the YES board. I'm so happy that most of my friends from YES joined this message board.
Qimqam, if you're reading this, I hope we can leave what was said yesterday in the past and talk baseball. Sometimes we don't agree, but there's nothing wrong with that. I don't mind people disagreeing with me. I don't know it all, I don't have all the answers. I also believe that people can learn more by listening rather than talking.
That last sentence sounds funny being this is such a long winded post. Qimqam, for the most part we always got along, that's why I don't know where the motivation came from with the 2-3 of your posts to me yesterday. Let me clear something up for you and anyone else. In my 17-18 years posting on YES, the monitor never chastised me, nor did the monitor ever need to warn me, suspend me, or ban me.

I'm not mentioning any names, but this place was civil and peaceful until 2 posters joined.

If a signing or trade isn't made I would like to see either the Gil-man, Beeter, or Warren in the Yankees starting rotation.

always wished that chas at YES was a bit more hands on. often let things spiral out of control much to the detriment of having good productive baseball discussions. wondered if the shutdown of the forum down was him getting tired of running it and wanting to move on, or a yes network decision. in any case, wasn't happy to see giancarlo find his way here as i was looking forward to having baseball discussions w/o the noise. thanks to kaybli for shutting him down (and the long timers for having to endure it).
now that he's gone, hopefully never to rear his ugly head again, we can button up this chapter and get back to our regularly scheduled program. reasonably good news about cole and looking forward to 162 and hopefully more.

I wish I could have shown the restraint you did Lauren, but have to admit I got pulled in once and after rereading my posts felt a bit foolish. Kinda like Lou Pinella must have felt after one of his base throwing episodes.
