Can't remember last time we started 3-0 I was looking it up and had gotten to 2006 without success, then the post-game show came on and said it was 2003.

I was only 13 runs off in my prediction of an 18-3 final… pretty close, huh? 🤓… You're predilection for prescience reminds me of Carnac the Magnificent!

Who's the POTG? Cabrera With honorable mention...Soto? Volpe? I'd give it to Oswaldo for the game tying HR. Soto, Volpe, Ian Hamilton all honorable mentions.

Stro is my POTG. Went 6 innings and gave the pen some good rest.
Soto/Oswaldo get the honorable mention.

Who's the POTG? Cabrera With honorable mention...Soto? Volpe? If this was a hockey game, the three stars would be... I'd like to throw a 3rd star vote to Stroman, who pitched six gritty innings with no hitting or defensive support but kept the Yanks in the game. 2nd star vote to Hamilton for shutting down the Astros top hitters for two innings after the Yanks got the lead. 1st place? by WPA, it's Cabrera by a hair over Wells, Volpe and Soto (Actually, Hamilton's WPA was the highest on the team +.198) Really tough to single out one guy tonight. Go with the consensus, lauren. I'll accept any reasonable choice.

Astros bullpen: 8.03 ERA 11 ER in 12.1 IP Yankees bullpen: 0.00 ERA 0 ER in 11 IP (I think its 11 IP, I missed it on the graphic they showed on YES postgame show)
