Not a bad depth move. Brubaker looked like a decent starter for a half-season before he got hurt. EDIT: his injury came during his 2nd full season not his 1st, but might have been bothering him before that.
The Yankees also received international bonus money, like they did when they traded McKinney. Did they? That's a bonus. Thanks for the info, Max. |

I was a little surprised that they kept Stroman in for 100 pitches in his first start. All the 3 pitchers so far have had gritty starts and just kept fighting and came out on top. I heard Sterlings OCab hr call... something about he's "Oswaldo the wizard of OZ! Just awful... imo! |

If I am in a position where a Yankee game is on and I can't watch on TV, I will try to listen to the opposing team's radio broadcast. At times when I am stuck with the clown Sterling, if the Yankees win I mute the volume before he can go into his preposterous victory schtick. |
