Sinker smashed down the 3rd base line, Berti dives to his backhand, and makes the smart play not to go around the horn for the DP they wouldn't have gotten. Keeps the tying run at 2nd, where Alvarez can't tie it with a flyiball.
Unfortunately, Holmes has nothing today. yanks will need an at-em ball to get out of this with the sweep.

They CAN pitch around him here, but Tucker is no slouch, and Holmes command is awful with bases loaded in high leverage.
Alvarez almost ends it with a flare down the line in left but it's just foul in that very tight area. 1-1

Sinker in a crushable spot, and AGAIN< Alvarez barely misses, it dies on the track in left center, Judge catches, the runner tags and Dubon to 3rd, Altuve holds
And now you see why Berti's decision to take the force at 3rd and not got to 2nd for a DP they wouldn't have turned was so important.
