To amplify on a reply I made earlier. Last year, the braves led MLB in OBA but had the 8th lowest LOB
The Dodgers were 2nd in OBA, and 4th in LOB
The Rangers were 3rd in OBA and 3rd in LOB
Most teams that get a lot of guys on also leave a lot on.

Pederson works the count to 3-1, then tries to pull a waist high change on the outside corner, flies out to Soto in right center. Hit it off the end of the bat a bit, I think. 1 down.
Suarez takes a FB at the top, 0-1.
Slider on the corner away, topped foul off 3rd. 0-2

Soto gets pretty decent jumps for a liability in the outfield. Remember, some fans were wanting him to DH? He's not Mookie Betts out there, but he's no Jake Bauers either.

Change inside corner thigh high, pops it near 3rd, Cabrera catches just on the foul side 3/4 the way down the line to 3rd. Inning over.
Very good inning for Gil, 14 pitch 1-2-3, and 35 through 2.

FB inside, Nelson's velo slowing down, just 93 on that one.
Curve misses just down and in, 3-0
FB might have gotten a tiny piece of the low inside corner, but with Vanover, that's ball 4 almost every time. Gameday has it just outside.
Stanton swings over a slider, and fouls off a FB just inside, 0-2
