If you think your team (any sport) has it bad, the Marlins are now 0-9 after losing to the Cards, 5-2 today. Serven jammed on an 0-1 cutter, his soft bouncer down 3rd is backhanded by Cabera on the move, he wheels around and throws strike to Rizzo from across the foul line to get Serven and end the inning. Jays get a 1-out double, but fail to bring him in. bottom 2, 3-0 Yanks. 17 pitches for Schmidt in the 2nd, 38 through 2 Gausman threw 21 in his half of the 1st. Remembering the year the Orioles started 0-21… 1988… Yeah, that was a baaaaaaddd team, it was. |

My free preview ran out and I'm fighting with D-TV. Not sure if, when I'll renew the Ticket. Going to have to rely on "seeing" the game through the eyes of the board for awhile. Cabrera works the count from 1-2 to 3-2, then he serves a hanging splitter outside to left for a hit, Varsho gets on it quickly and keeps Volpe from scoring. Bases loaded, nobody out, Torres up.

Wells isn't hitting for average yet, but his ABs are a lot more competitive than Trevino's.
