Sweeper outside, 1-0 on Rizzo Sweeper waist high, inner 3rd, 1-1 Sinker on the outside corner, also waist high, 1-2. Gotta go after something waist high, Anthony. And he chases a sweeper over the plate away, but shoe-top high, and rolls over to Arraez. Inning over.
Top 2, 0-0
Yanks had a man on 3rd with 1 out, but couldn't cash him.
They did make Puk throw 29 pitches, though.

Whole bunch of nothing. Teams still pitching around Judge despite Stanton's hot stretch.

Really like it when both O'Neil and Coney do the game. Not only are they both expert in their analysis of hitting and pitching but the camaraderie of ex-teammates who've won titles together creates a great atmosphere., Really wish Cone didn't go to ESPN. He's not on YES as much these days. Girardi doesn't seem to be on these games much either. Or, Jeff Nelson. I guess YES is staying away from the three-man booth except for specific series.

Chisholm, Anderson and Garcia in the 2nd for the Marlins.
============
Chisholm gets a 92 mph meatball waist high and inner half, but is late and under, pops it to the LF corner, Verdugo moves back and over, catches, 1 pitch, 1 out.

Anderson takes a FB outside at 92 (!). Change low/away, swung over. Change outside at 93. Fb down the middle, grounded sharply into the 56 hole, Volpe slides to his backhand to grab it, gets up and throws, but no way to get Anderson on that one. Infield hit.

I feel like Verdugo can give us what we hoped we were getting when we got Benintendi, minus the stolen bases…

Hits 95 with a first pitch FB to Garcia down the middle and gets it by him, 0-1 94 FB way high, 1-1 FB waist high near the inside corner, runner goes, but Anderson has to go back as Garcia fouls it off, 1-2 FB outside corner, Garcia almost gets to it, fouls it off. Wooo. cutter moves across most of the plate winds up an inch or so inside, 2-2. Thought he might get the call on that one. FB away, tipped into the mitt, Anderson goes again and makes it easily, throw not nearly in time, SB Man on 2nd, two down for Rivera
