king kong mosca ... a fine gentleman  . actually he was after my time. when i was a kid, my 2 heros were of course mickey mantle ... and bruno sammartino. dad took me to madison square garden a few times to see bruno. when he came down the aisle, the crowd erupted. really never heard anything like it. here's some king kong ...
Many many years ago, I was on a Allegany airlines flight seating behind Bruno Sammartino. I will always remember this, because he was SO big that he took up two seats... This coming weekend series vs Cleveland should be very telling. |

Islanders trying to fight their way into the playoffs...in a 5-way fight for the last 2 slots, but the Rangers are up 3-0 with 4 1/2 minutes left in the 1st. Islanders on a power play at the moment. I'm a Penguins fan and I think they need the Islanders, Philly, Detroit and Washington to lose. Good luck with that.
I'm an Islanders fan, but I don't root against the NJD, or the NYR unless they are playing the NYI. NYI, still need another scorer, NYR are going to be a tough team in the post season. I thought that the NJD had the best roster out of the 3 teams, but I can't explain why they struggled this season.

a pterodactyl that terrorized japan. a classic Yankees has Godzilla, Rodon, all that's left is Mothra?  The Mets had "Kong" Dave Kingman. He also played for the Yankees for a short time. I wonder if any of his teammates will nickname Gil, the Gill man? |

Thanks for the clip. I was primarily interested because I live in Mosca, CO. I wanted to see if there could be a tie in. The town was initially settled by a man named Mosca, but I don’t think his first and middle names were King Kong… 🤓 |
