Jams him with a sinker running inside, sharp grounder goes right to Volpe, should be a DP, but Torres airmails the throw well out of Rizzo's reach on the home plate side, goes into the camera well, two base error on Torres.

But Bell grounds a first pitch sinker to Torres, who thankfully, makes the easy play look easy.
Yanks escape the Torres brain flatulence throw, and go bottom 8, still up 3-2.
I would like run(s) so that the game doesn't depend solely on Holmes vs. Chisholm and Anderson.
Wells, Torres and Soto for the Yanks.

Yankees need a run or two. The thought of Holmes with a one run lead is a precarious scenario.

Slider at 85 about 30% of the time
Rare change at 89-90, which he just used the K wells, about 3-4% of the time
Gleyber works the count to 3-1
Sinker at the bottom might have been ball four, but Torres fouls it back, 3-2
Sinker at 97, tapped to Arraez, flips to Bell, 2 down.

Good sinker to the knees, topped foul, 1-2
(Hamilton threw 17 pitches in his two innings, let two inherited runners score on two outs, but didn't blow the lead)

FB way up and away, 3-2
I don't think he gives Soto something to hit here, but he might, I suppose.

Sinker just outside at 97.6, Soto tries to go with it up the middle, hits a soft bouncer off the end of the bat, Anderson fields near 2nd and throws him out.
Yanks go quietly 1-2-3
Of the Marlins key relievers, Bender is the only one off to anything like a good start this season. ERA was 4.91 in 3 2/3 innings but 6 K 1 BB and 0 HR in 3 2/3 inning before this game.
Chisholm Anderson Sanchez in the 9th vs. Holmes, 3-2 top 9th.
