Sinker to the low inside corner at 95, 3-1
Sinker inside waist high, fouled off his foot, goes right to Torres, but no play, 3-2.
Sinker low outside of middle, hit hard to short, almost knocks Volpe down as he fields, but he recovers and makes a good throw for the 1st out.

Volpe gets a gift double to knock in Cabrera and tie the game at 5!!! Thank you Brennan!! Surprisingly, Soto has never faced Clase before. According to the YES guys, before this weekend, Soto had never played in Cleveland. That's a little bit of a surprise. You're right, they mentioned that, i forgot. Still he might've faced Clase in Washington or in San Diego. 1-2 on Arias. Slider misses low/away, 2-2. |

Slider gets a tiny piece of the high inside corner not called. Wells tried to pull it down, but no sale.
Slider in the zone low/away, spoiled.

Gotta watch the pitch-count now. 14 pitches today after finishing the first game yesterday.

0-1 sinker grounded to Torres, his backhand feed gets the force, but Volpe's throw is bounced offline and Rizzo does a good job to block it and keep Kwan at 1st. An on target throw gets the inning over with, but Volee rushed it.

Holmes gets a big break on a 1-1 sinker about 2 inches low, gets the call.
Then he chases the sinker moving outside for the K.
Bogus Cantatas!!.
Top 10, 5-5. Holmes threw 20 pitches to get through the 9th, and even if the Yanks take the lead, I doubt he stays in for the 19th. Who'll finish? I have no idea.
