OK well maybe Trevino was the right call tonight. Lol. He’s been hot too, but he’s seldom on my home run prediction list on a given day. He’s strong as an ox, but simply struggles to elevate…in that little compact frame, he’d be a tough opponent in the ring, punishing the body constantly… |

Gleyber's extensive history of dumb mistakes on the field and the bases will probably cost him in the long run. When it comes to a free agent contract, I think the Yankees are going to give him the Cano treatment.

His biggest problem was that he didn’t carry a GPS with him… Jorge was a poor baserunner, but I don't think I've ever seen a Yankee player with overall worse field awareness than Gleyber. He's talented and I like him and he seems like a good upbeat guy, but he appears to be lost in space much of the time. |
