Ok, just got back in time to see Soto's groundout to Mateo for out #2.
Judge grounds out as well, but it's called back for catcher's interference
Rizzo up now.
Volpe opened the innings by striking out on 3 pitches, the 3rd was a chased slider outside.
1-2 on Rizzo now.

Iassognia has missed 2 strikes this half inning. That's not a good sign for Rodon. If Rodon can't get his slider called for a strike, he's going to have a long day.

FB in the zone up and in, 2-1
Slider hits the low outside corner, but Torres gets a big break, it's called a ball. 75% strike on Gameday
Gets a FB down the middle and it's 3-2.
Humps up to 97, but misses high, ball 4.
Torres walks to load them up for Verdugo with 2 outs.

FB at the knees, outer 3rd, 0-1 on Verdugo.
Makeup call on the slider outside, might've grazed the outside corner, 0-2 10-15% on Gameday, so maybe
Slider inside corner bounced just foul off 1st.
Slider below the knees, rolled over to Mountcastle, takes it to the bag, inning over.
23 pitches in the 1st for Bradish, and even getting Stanton out of the heart of the order didn't solve the Yanks RISP fails in this series.
Not yet, anyway.

I'm very interested to see if Rodon can build on his excellent start against the Brewers last time.

If Rodon doesn't get a call early in the 1st here, someone will probably be going back to the air conditioned clubhouse. I'd put my money on either Boone or Cole.
