Hamilton has pitched poorly lately, so he might blow this one open for the Tigers here, but he had to be ready after the long at bat by Carpenter, and if you've warmed him, there's no reason to let Stroman stay in for Keith.
I get it; he's a rookie and he's struggling and maybe you can trick him into a DP or a K, but Stroman's command was shot.

Hamilton gets out of it, looking better than he has in a while. Against the Tigers, who can really tell, though.

Tigers pen is 6th in the AL in ERA at 2.80, if anyone cares.
They have 4 relievers having good/great seasons so far, including Foley, their closer who has 9 saves and a 1.32 ERA in 13 2/3 innings.
