Diaz jumps on a 1st pitch letter high FB just outside middle, drives it to deep right center, but Judge gets the jump, eats up the ground with the long strides and makes it look easy, catching it on the track for the 3rd out.
Bottom 2, 2-1 Yanks. Good shutdown inning for Rodon.
9 pitch 1-2-3 and 22 through 2 for Rodon.
Rizzo, Torres and Wells for the Yanks.

Oooooh, Gets a change thigh high down the middle, but fouls it.
Curve goes low, Rizzo spoils. Still 1-2

Cutter just misses outside near the top, but Arrighetti gets the call anyway, 2-1. Missed by an inch or two on Gameday.

Where is Kay tonight? It's too early for ice cream. Or, is it? I don’t know. I went to bed at 7:00 AM, then realized I had to take a conference call with the county commissioners this morning. They want permission to abandon an access road that runs across our property that was never built to access a house on land I own, that is… a house that was never built. In exchange I’ve asked to be re-platted because my house is actually on two lots. It all went well. I’ll have a doc to sign and maybe a small fee or two… |
