Curve low on the outer 3rd, 1-0 Slider in the zone low/away, and Stanton inside outs it again deep to right, it carries out of the park. Solo HR makes it 5-1 Yanks!! Two extra base hits the other way is remarkable for Stanton.

Another HR for Stanton. Trade him while he is hot.

I don't want to get ahead of myself, because theres like 100 games to go, but outside of the Orioles series that didn't have Verdugo for half of it this team really does seem back to what we are used to.

Rizzo fouls a curve away down the left side, but it slices out of play. Change bounced, 1-1 Big slow curve down and in, swung over, 1-2 Chases the curve low and away, K. 2 down

Stanton again! Always nice to see a Yankee right-handed power hitter hit the ball to right field.

Torres takes a change just inside at the knees, then another way outside, 2-0 Fouls off a slider below the zone in the middle, 2-1 Gets a sinker near middle, but Torres pulls off it, tops it to 3rd, Mendick fields and throws low, but Vaughn scoops it again, inning over. Yanks add 1 on the Stanton solo shot, lead 5-1, going top 4.
16 pitches for Keller in the 3rd, 66 through 3. DeJong, Lee and Lopez for the White Sox in the 4th.

I know this is a stretch, but have the Yankees ever score at least one run in every inning of a game???

Stanton again! Always nice to see a Yankee right-handed power hitter hit the ball to right field. Another breaking ball home run. Have no idea why they continue to throw him anything other than a fastball, except for two-strike pitches. Stanton still has not proven he can do the same with an average to plus fastball. But, I am thrilled with his rejuvenation.
