Blows the FB by high at the top on the outer 3rd, swung under, K, inning over.
Weaver gets the last two outs in the 8th, let's see if Boone gives him the 9th, at least to start with.
Holmes has pitched 2 of the last 3 days, but just 4 pitches yesterday.

Sox shut out the Rays on 3 hits, 5-0. Houck went 7, giving up just 2 of the hits, walking 1 and striking out 5 for the win.
Cards still up 1-0 on the O's, bottom 4th.

Slider backs up outside, 2-1
Tries to pull a slider well outside, rolls it over to France, flips to Bazardo, 1 down.

Slider about 4 inches outside at the knees, 2-0
Slider drops out of the zone low/away, 3-0
FB down the middle, gets a meatball 92 down the middle, but takes the HR hack swing, and is late and under, fouling it back.
Sinker low is ball 4.

Torres on 1st, 1 out for Trevino, and Berti on deck.
FB waist high but 5-6 inches outside, ball 1
Sinker drops into the top of the zone in the middle, 1-1
Sinker dives down and in, but hits the corner, taken, 1-2
FB above the zone by 6 inches, but Trevino chases and fouls it off the right side.
Slider breaks sharply but way out of the zone, low/away, 2-2
Torres goes, and Trevino "protects" him by chases a FB well outside, taps it to the right side, but France backhands, takes it to the bag.
Torres at 2nd with 2 down for Berti.
