Why not just have Weaver start the inning? i was surprised that tonkin came out for the 8th. anyway weaver's in now. needs to get two outs. maybe then he pitches the 9th. |

why is Tomkin here and not Marinaccio? Because Marinaccio can be optioned without passing him through waivers, and Tonkin can't. Somebody must like Tonkin for reasons that escape me. |
