Cabrera takes a sinker outside, then grounds another one, outer 3rd, to Wisely, who starts a 6-4-3 DP. The ump at 1st ruled Cabrera safe, but I saw on first look he didn't beat the relay. Giants challenging and this call WILL be overturned.

Easily, pres, and good evening to you. Call overturned, inning over. Bottom 4, 3-1 Yanks. Thanks to the DP, just 7 pitches in the 4th for Hicks, and he's at 73 through 4, and now probably makes it through 5 innings after all. 2-3-4 for the Giants in their 4th, Yastrzemski, Estrada and Chapman.

To amplify on presceo's "walkoff" for the Jays, Davis Schneider hit a 2 run HR to win it in the 13th.

Rizzo vs. right-handers this season: .263/.326/.430/.755 Rizzo vs. left-handers this season: .196/.262/.196/.459 Usually he hits left handers well.

Yastrzemski... Slurve in the zone low/away fouled, 0-1 Sinker low and away fouled, 0-2 Cutter in the zone middle of the plate, letter high, high hard to right side, Tores gloves this one, throws him out, 1 down

Estrada... Another bad call, sinker 3-4 inches outside, called strike 1 and not close again. Slider low away, taken, 1-1 Sinker at the knees, hit hard but right to Volpe, throws him out, 2 down.

The Giants must like the 33-year old Yastrzemski. Career mark of .239. He hasn’t lived up to his start in 2019 or his shortened 2020. After that, he’s never been higher than .224…

Chapman... Waist high slurve on the ousside corner, hit to fairly deep right center, Grisham calls off Soto, catches, inning over.
Top 5, 3-1 Yanks. Nice, neat 1-2-3 despite all three batted balls hit pretty hard, just 7 pitches and 46 through 4.
Art Sing leads off the 5th for the Yanks, then back to the top for Volpe and Soto.

I never get tired of seeing those overhead shots of the Stadium and Polo Grounds.

Rizzo vs. right-handers this season: .263/.326/.430/.755 Rizzo vs. left-handers this season: .196/.262/.196/.459 Usually he hits left handers well. What is also odd is that both Judge and Volpe are hitting righties better than lefties, by a lot. Soto...it doesn't matter, but historically he mashes right-handers.

Sinker low, taken for ball 1 by Art. Sinker even lower taken, 2-0 Sinker outside by about 4-5 inches, this one not incorrectly called a strike, hooray! Sinker in the middle above the knees, taken, 3-1 Sinker floats to the outside corner, waist high, taken, 3-2 Chases the sinker way low for the K. 1 down. Nothing escapes Art Sing.

Rizzo's play this year is indicative of the decline that eventually catches up to all baseball players. He's a hair slower on defense which has made him make some atypical errors or he doesn't make plays he typically would. Lefties that face lefties and hit them well usually rely on good bat speed and good vision. Both of those start to go as you get older.

Slider to the outside corner waist high, 0-1 on Volpe Sinker backs into the zone up and away, taken, 0-2 Slider way low near the corner away, Volpe chases, barely makes contact, rolls up the 3rd base line, and turns foul. Sinker misses outside by an inch, but he doesn't get the call because Bailey had to lunge to his backhand to grab it. Sinker down and in, a swinging bunt in front of the mound on the 3rd base side, Hicks makes a fast move, slings it first, the throw is in the baseline, and Brooks makes a deft move to catch it, pull his arm out and stays on the bag. 2 down.
