To be fair, Stroman's out of the inning with a 7-3 lead if Judge doesn't misjudge the flyball to the corner in left. He got a grounder right after that which would've end the inning. But Stroman was getting hit hard, certainly wouldn't have come back out for the 6th.

Wells takes a knee-high FB in the middle, 0-1

Big curve winds up outside and below the middle of the zone, Wells late and under, fouls it off, 1-2
FB tails well outside at the top, 2-2
Splitter tails down and away, stays in the zone near the corner, and Wells guides it up the middle to the right of second, beating Correa's dives to his left for a 1 out single.

Cabrera takes a splitter low, 1-0
FB abpve the knees in the middle, grounded hard toward the 34 hole, sneaks past Santana's lunge to his right and Farmer's dive to his left, gets into right for a hit, Wells reads it right and gets to 3rd with 1 down.

Grisham gets a break on the 1st pitch. Cutter 50-50 on the corner inside up in the zone, not called, 1-0. Should be 0-1.
Throw over.
Infield in.
Cutter inside middle, good job by Grisham, doesn't give the murder it! swing flyball to medium deep right, easy play for Kepler, but Wells scores on the sac fly. Yanks get one back, lead 8-5!

Volpe up, man on 3rd, 2 down.
Throw over on Cabrera
FB dives inside, jamming Volpe, who fouls it off, 0-1
Cutter drops into the top of the zone in the middle, taken, 0-2
Hangs the curve inner 3rd, waist high, but Volpe late and under, fouls it off.
Good FB to the high outside corner, Volpe misses under it for the K, inning over, and Cole pumps his fist a bit in celebration.
