Yamamoto reminds me of Tanaka BEFORE he hurt the elbow.

Slider backs up hangs inner 3rd, but Stanton takes it, 1-1
FB running inner 3rd above the waist, Stanton late and under, fouls it off. 96.8 on that FB in the 6th
Fb up and in knocks Stanton back, 2-2
Slider again hangs inner half, waist high, but he misses under, fouls it back.
Blows the FB by him at the top, inside middle, Stanton has no chance to catch up to it.
Maybe Pollack is right about Yamamoto would be unhittable if he used the FB at the top more.
K, inning over. Not a 1-2-3. 19 pitches in the 6th, and 94 through 6.
Top 7, still 0-0
7-8-9 for the Dodgers, Pages, Lux and K. Hernandez.

Rays got one back in the 6th, but trail the O's 4-3 top 8 in Tampa
Red Sox up 2-1 on the White Sox in the 3rd in Chicago.

Slider bounced, 55-footer, 1-2
Slider just outside the first two, Pages foul tips it into the mitt for the K, 1 down.

Hanging slider on the outer half, Lux barely misses, hits a high fly to deep right of center, Grisham has plenty of time, and gets to it on the track, 2 down.

Sinker gets a tiny piece of the bottom of the zone near middle, 0-1 on Hernandez
Slider hangs inner part of the plate, rifled past DJ down the 3rd base line into the corner, bounces around, easy double for Kike.
Gets Betts another shot with a man on 2nd. Yanks will be fortunate if they're not behind when this inning is over.

Starts the slider at his body, hits the knees inner half, not called, I'd say that was a big caqll, but being behind 0-2 doesn't matter much to Betts, 1-1
Slider missed just outside, 2-1
Sinker down the middle thigh high, and Betts stares at it, lucky for the Yanks.
Slider again stays waist high, inner 3rd, but Betts is early and on top, chops it down near 3rd, DJ backhands, sets and throws a strike to Rizzo, inning over.

Rizzo, Torres and LeMahieu take their 3rd turn at Yamamoto, unless the Dodgers pull him.
