Stop with the Porch BS, Coney, you know better. There are Porch HRs, but that wasn't one of them. Gone in all 30 parks and not close.

Cabrera... Slider in pulled foul, 0-1 Misses a FB 0-2 Fouls off a curve Takes a slider onto the top outside 3rd, ꓘ Inning over. Top 7, 5-3 Yanks. Now how do they get 9 outs against this lineup without allowing 2 runs or more.
7-8-9 for the Dodgers, Pages, Lux, Hernandez, maybe with a PH or two.

And I've forgotten to do the rest of the Sunday Standings....
Here's the rest of the AL
In the AL Central, The Guardians cooled off this week, dropping 3 of 5. The Royals won 4 of 5, gaining a couple of games. The Guardians are still in 1st 19 games over .500 and the Royals are 3 games back. The Twins dropped 5 in row, going 1-5 on the week, and losing ground to both teams in front of them. They're now just 2 games over, 5 1/2 back of KC and 8 1/2 out of 1st. The Tigers jogged in pace, winning 3 in a row, then losing 3 in a row. They stay 2 under .500, 2 back of the Twins, 7 1/2 behind KC and 10 1/2 out of 1st. The White Sox insane losing streak came to and end at 14 in a row, and they've now won back to back games against the Red Sox. They're 31 under .500, and might still give the 1962 Mets a run for their money. Chicago is 14 1/2 out of fourth, 16 1/2 back of the Twins, 21 1/2 back of KC and 24 1/2 out of 1st. ==============
Out West, The Marines split 6 games, staying 5 games over .500. The Rangers managed to lose another game to the M's by going 2-4. They're 4 games under .500 and 4 1/2 behind Seattle. The Astros continue to slow climb the standing, going 4-2, gaining on both teams in front of them. They're just 1/2 game back of the Rangers, 5 games under .500 and 5 games out of 1st. The A's continue to flounder, losing 4 of 6. They're 14 games under, 4 1/2 back of the Astros, 5 back of the Rangers and 9 1/2 behind Seattle. The Angels split they're 6 games, closing on the A's by a game. 16 games under, they're 5 1/2 behind Houston, 6 behind Texas and 10 1/2 out of first.

And all of the NL: In the NL East, the Phillies went 4-1 this week, and the Yanks briefly caught them for the best record in baseball, but with the Yanks dropping two to the Dodgers, the Phillies regained the throne. they're 26 over .500. The Braves continued to tread water in the wake of the disastrous injury to Acuna, going 3-3, and losting still more ground to the Philles. At 8 games over and 9 games behind Philly, the NL East race is all but over in the 2nd week of June. The Nats dropped 4 of 7. They're 6 games under, 7 games back of the Braves and 16 games out of 1st. The Mets won 3 of 4 before losing yesterday in London. They're 9 games under, 1 1/2 back of Washington, 8 1/2 back of Atlanta and 17 1/2 out of 1st. The Marlins continued to plummet to the bottom, losing 5 of 6. They're now 20 games under, 5 1/2 back of the Mets, 7 behind the Nats, 14 behind the Braves, and a horrendous 23 games out of 1st already.
==============
In the NL Central:
The Brewers continue forward while all of their competitors remain tangled in a knot nowhere close to them. Milwaukee took 4 of 6 to climb to 12 games over .500. The Reds, finally starting to live up to pre-season predictions that they could challenge for the division, have woken up from their early deep sleeps, swept their week, 6-0 and have now won 8 in a row. They climber over the other 3 teams to take over 2nd, 1 game under and 6 1/2 back of the Brewers. The Pirates had a good week, but lost ground to the Reds. Pittsburgh went 4-2 and they sit 2 games under, 1/2 game behind the Reds and 7 out of first. The Cubs lost 4 of 6 this week; the Cards 4 of 7. Both teams are 3 games under, 1/2 behind the Pirates, a game back of the Reds and 7 1/2 out of 1st. The Cubs are percentage points ahead of the Cards, who fell back into a tie for last, after climbing as high as 3rd.
=============
In the NL West, the Dodgers have now won 3 in a row, and 4 of 6. They're back to 16 games over .500, and well in front. The Padres have lost 5 in a row to slip back to even .500. They're 8 games back of the Dodgers. They remain a 1/2 game up on the Giants, who lost 4 in row but have won their last 3. The Giants are 1 game under .500 and 8 1/2 out of 1st. The Diamondbacks have lost 3 of 4 after winning 4 in a row. Arizona is now 5 games under, 2 behind the Giants, 2 1/2 back of the Padres and 10 1/2 out of 1st. The Rockies continue to do little, winning 2 of 3 after losing 5 in a row. They're 18 games under .500, 6 1/2 behind the D'backs, 8 1/2 behind the Giants, 9 behind the Padres, and 17 out of 1st.
And that concludes The Sunday Standings™ for this week.
