Two things: 1) Liver mush is fried (if not eaten as is). Period. And BBQ is a noun, not a verb. 2) A fried mush and egg sandwich with mayo and mustard is ambrosia. Is that like liverwurst? The only liver I like is chicken liver pate. Which I make for New Years eve. Mmm, I love any pate. And foie gras, the apotheosis of liver. But so rich I can only eat it maybe once a year. |

It's in that neighborhood, but it's mixed with meal and spices and made into a loaf which can be eaten like a pate, but usually fried. |
