O'Neill is the only Red Sox' hitter who's faced Ferguson before, if anyone is wondering.

That was brutal, but ultimately benign. Not out of this yet, donnie. Ferguson hardly a sure thing. FB outside ball 1 to Durran FB maybe got the bottom of the zone, inner half, 1-1, 10% on Gameday Cutter misses outside, 2-1

Kahnle seems to have no idea where the ball is going. He would have 4 straight guys if the Red Sox hitters never swung the bat.

Durran takes a pretty good pitch to hit, FB outer 3rd above the waist, 2-2 Bounces a slurve outside, no chance to get a chase, never in the zone, 3-2 Rears back and blows the 94 Fb by him above middle for the K. Foul tip, actually, but good enough. Inning over.
Top 7, 5-1 Yanks.
Soto, Judge and Verdugo, maybe against Kelly, in the Yankees 7th. The Phils got the ghost runner home, a single by Schwarber plated it, but the following runner was thrown out at home, they're bottom 10th, 3-2 Phils.

I stepped away to let the doggo out, came back saw commercials and thought that he got out of it.

Typical slow paced Yankee Red Sox gam and the rain delay didn't help. Can't kick this bug so on and off dozing. Sleep is probably what you need. I’ve picked up a cough lately. Don’t really feel bad. Maybe from mowing…

1st pitch to Soto is a hanging cutter, he hits a fliner to left center, but Rafaela tracks it down, 1 out.

Judge also goes after the first pitch, high fly to center, easy play for Rafaela again, 2 down.

My allergies have been a wreck this week and I need to get up early tomorrow to trim under the girls' trampoline, which is gonna turn me into a snot filled hacking machine.

Verdugo... Cutter inside thigh high, 1-0 Slider above middle, taken, 1-1 Slider hits the back door, thigh high, taken, 1-2 FB at the top in the middle, fouled off. Back door slider fouled off, and he loses the bat into the crowed as well. Big arm action change tails well outside, Verdugo chases and fouls it off.

Maybe from mowing… Never pick up a cough. Leave it where you find it and move on. Everyone thinks they want one until they have one. Or, maybe that’s a pool? Never mind.
