Yea I definitely did not appreciate our championship run from 1996 to 2001 enough that's for sure. I think I appreciated our 2009 championship a lot though. Yes I appreciated 09 alot, because it came after a year they missed the playoffs. It kinda gave me a reality check that not even making it is a possibility and should be happy for any chance they get. The next one they win I think will even more to me, because I know it could be years before the next. 96-01 to 03 even I just kinda felt like there would be another chance the next year. Its hard to feel that way anymore with the way the sport has gone. I'm also more appreciate that this team has least been pretty competitive even in non playoff years there isnt no 100 loss season or something.

Oh by the way, congratulations on your 50th He Amy Ha post! I think you are the first member to make his way out of being "A Fan of Womack" and into "Double A". [rofl]

I'm at 41 posts and relatively healthy. There is reason to believe I'll be promoted during the post-season at some point...
Make that 42 with this post. I forgot to add one...the pressure is building. Gotta go now, time to leave for an appointment...

Is the lineup for tonight out yet?
Here's how I would go:
Gardner LF Judge RF Sanchez C DiDi SS Castro 2B Bird 1B Headley DH Ellsbury CF Frazier 3B
It's a tough call with the Headley-Ellsbury-Hicks trio. One of them has to sit and I don't think Cashman's guy is all they way back yet.

Of course, my first lineup like I posted would include Cashman's Guy at CF, Ellsbury at DH, and Headley sitting. I guess I'm just a big fan of Cashman's Guy LOL. He is 0-6 vs Santana though so Joe may play the stats (however small they are) and sit him. That would mean the NYPOST article that claimed Cashman's Guy would start in CF is wrong. Wouldn't be the first time the Post got something wrong.

Holliday has good numbers lifetime against Santana, but I don't see him getting a start.

Based on that I think Chi's guess will be the most accurate.
Also I notice BOTH CC and Gray are on the roster. I guess they are going all out for this one.
