Cutter in the zone inner half, taken 0-1
Flings the slider way way outside and low, good stab by Alvarez to save a WP, 1-1
Sinker in the zone, topped to 3rd an easy DP, ball, but it goes in and out of Vientos' mitt, and by the time he recovers, it's an error, not shot to get either play done. 1st and 2nd, 1 down for Wells, PHing for Trevino.

On the bright, it’s good to see what actual Major League Baseball players look and play like. When Domingues gets healthy they better not play games with him. Just bring the kid up. He’s better than everyone in the team except for Judge and Soto, and he can run the bases like his not carrying a piano. I have high hopes for him, but can we stop with this? He's played 8 whole games in his career and we have to see how he performs once the league adjusts to him before making those kind of statements. |

If Judge stays healthy the rest of the way, he'll pretty much walk away with his second MVP this year. There's no stopping him.

Wells takes a slider down the middle, thigh high, best pitch he's gonna see, 0-1
Cutter outside, Alvarez throws behind Verdugo, but Alex gets back, 1-1
Sharp breaking slide down and in, swung over, 1-2
Slider to the back door misses just low/away, Alvarez pulls it up, no sale, 2-2
Tries it again, but it backs up on him, misses by plenty, 3-2
Sinker does not back out of the zone, hits the corner low/away, a great 3-2 pitch fools Wells for the ꓘ, 2 down.

Rioce gets a slider inner 3rd, waist high, but can only foul tip it, 0-1
Sinker way outside, 1-1
Slider breaks to the knees near middle, and Rice hammers it, but pulled it way foul, 1-2.
Flies way open on a FB misses by 2 feet up and away, and again, Alvarez saves a WP
Slider dives low, just outside middle, and Rice does well to get a piece of it to spoil.

Brown Rice is not easy to strike out. I like his at bats. Keep this kid in the lineup every single day. He may just get hot.
