Would it offend anyone to say that the 2nd HR makes it unlikely the Yanks will win tonight? Even if the current win prob is just 15%? Judge and Soto might not even get up again. Soto has to bat again. Judge doesn't.

Wells... FB above middle, tipped foul FB in the zone up and away, swing and a miss, 0-2 FB misses just outside, 1-2 Cutter on the low inside corner, Wells misses under, pops to Rafaela in short center, 1 down.

Cabrera takes a FB up and away, then a 94 cutter down and in, 2-0

FB yanked well low, bounced over the inner 3rd at 98. Don't chase here, Oswaldo. And he doesn't, FB misses far enough up and away for Cabrera to not even be tempted, ball 4.

Grisham gets a break. FB hits the high outside corner, 70% on Gameday, not called, 1-0 Cutter outside middle, late and fouled off, and that's a problem. He can throw the cutter anywhere from 90 to 94, giving him two different cutters. Cutter maybe missed high on the outer 3rd, 2-1 Cutter inside middle and Grishman is on it, ripped it hard but foul down the right side, 2-2 FB here?

Nope, bounces a splitter down and in, and Wong make great smothering stop to save a wild pitch, 3-2 Perfect cutter knee high, 3 inches inside, swung over for the K, 2 down. Well, at least DJ can't GIDP here, and they clear him for the 9th.

And those who don't like what I'm putting out. I'm sitting here desperately hoping for old DJ to show up and hit the Porch with one.

Easy play for Devers with DJ running.

Shocking that DJ just pounds one into the ground.

DJ takes a cutter low/away Cutter outside middle, he would've gone to right with it a few years ago, instead taps it down 3rd, but Devers again does his Only-Against-The-Yankees-Graig-Nettles act, charges, barehands and fires dead-on target rocket to Smith for the 3rd out. Where is this glove magic against other teams, I wonder... Top 9, 2-0 Sox. Tonkin comes in to face O'Neill, Devers and Wong.

At least the Cabrera walk means Judge will bat. He’s been in a short funk, but I never lose hope when he’s coming up…

And those who don't like what I'm putting out. I'm sitting here desperately hoping for old DJ to show up and hit the Porch with one. I am the same, but it simply doesn't happen. Hard to say why he is a shell of himself.. I think I saw a stat that he hits ground balls over 50% of the time... Very seldom the line drive to right he use to hit.. It seems he is finished...

O'Neill takes a sinker near the corner inside for a strike Takes a slider way outside And another way outside Slider drops into the middle just above the waist, taken 2-2 Slider on the corner away, fouled off. Slider starts for the corner away, dives low and outside, chases for the K, 1 down.
