Since we were blacked out except for espanol audio only, we went out to eat. Not much open in Alamosa on Sunday. Watching with no sound in Chilis… good to see Marcus up to the challenge so far…

Change barely clips the outside corner, thigh high, not called, 10% on Gameday.
Takes a slider thigh high in the middle, 1-1
Meadows lays off the change diving low and outside, 2-1
Bad slider waist high, outer 3rd, lined up the gap in left center, Judge cuts it off late, truns fires into Volpe, he relay home is well in time. wasn't sure he got the tag down, but he blocked off home with ball in hand, and I guess, Jung slid into the tag for the 3rd out. Maybe never touched home. Inning over on the great 8-6-3 out at home.
Top 6, 0-0. Stroman survvives another inning, but it's now 3rd time through the order and the Tigers should start zeroing in.
19 pitches for Stroman in the 5th, 65 through 5.
Top of the order gets its 3rd look at Skubal in the 6th: Torres, Soto and Judge.

Torres takes a change bounced over home, 1-0
97.2 FB taken outside, 2-0
FB misses just low near middle, 3-0
FB right down the middle at 93.5, Torres takes, 3-1
Sinker middle out, waist high, takes that one as well, 3-2. Sigh.
OK, good job, Gleyber. Takes the change bounced inside. Looked like a real leadoff hitter there. Took 6 pitches and two hittable strikes, didn't jump on the 3-2 out of the zone down and in.

Sinker down the middle, Soto misses, fouls it back.
Change misses low and outside, 1-1
Takes a change well high over the middle, 2-1.
Sinker misses low, outer 3rd, ball 3.
Rogers pulled that up hard, but no sale, no chance.
Sinker dives inside waist high, ball 4.
Back to back walks bring up Judge with 1st and 2nd and nobody out.
