The series finale is the normal Sunday delayed matinee at 1:37 pm again on YES. Kutter Crawford (8-14, 4.09 ERA) starts for the BoSox, he's pitched well against the Yanks twice this year in 3 tries despite leading the AL in losses and leading all of MLB in HR allowed. Carlos Rodon (14-9, 4.21 ERA) starts for the Bombers. He pitched decently in the opener of the just completed series against the Royals, but the offense broke it open after he left the game, so the win went to Cousins in relief. The Sunday game is not on ESPN!!! Nor is the Saturday game on FOX!!! But the Thursday game is.

good time to win. Shane would be giving us grief if we had lost I had planned to be here but I have let everything gotten in the way this year - first time ever I have not watched a game. But we are winning which is what matters. I don't want to sound like I'm preaching but there's more to life thank working. It your job is constantly causing you to miss the things you enjoy, you should consider a change.

not a big revelation but looks like weaver is our new closer. same old for holmes in the 7th while weaver dominated. when we first got him wasn't impressed but he's really found something.
will miss tonite's game but huge series w the red sox and our "friend" devers. i'm begging boone - don't pitch to him. sox after a terrible stretch of 9-18, have gotten warm again winning 4 of 6 including 2 of 3 vs O's and they always get up for us.

Did anyone take not of Paul O'Neil's work last night. He predicted the location of the last pitch and many others during the night. If you keep notes on the guy, he shows you why he earned a plaque at the Stadium. He knows a lot of baseball.
