FB low in the zone, grounded to short, Volpe gets it to Torres for the force, but he double clutches on transfer and the relay is a half-step late. 1st base ump says out, Nevin says no, A's challenge and this is an easy overturn.

Humps up to 96, misses well outside with a FB, chased and fouled. That's not really what "spoil" means, Mikey.
Bounces a slider inside, Trevino boxes it, and Nevin caught trying to see where it went, as Trevino finds it fast, fires behind him picking him off 1st, and after a brief rundown, he's tagged out by Torres to end the inning.
Top 3, 3-0 Yanks.
