I look for tons of hits, runs, stolen bases - exciting baseball.
And yes there are some who say I am delusional.

Lugo is fairly certain to go in game 3, and Wacha is probable for game 4, unless the Yanks hit him in game 1. Then might go with Singer if down 2-1. But if the Royals have the lead, it'll be Wacha-Ragans-Lugo-Wacha-Ragans. All three of them have pitched well against the Yanks, Ragans in his last start at the Stadium, the other two in multiple starts over several years.

just a wacky season. pre-season pretty sure no one had 3 central teams in the alds and the team (the twins) most likely, didn't make the cut. no matter what the stats say, the games must be played.
with no astros to get through, our path "should" be relatively easy. during the regular season we feasted on the central. we were 5-2 vs the royals (4-2 against the guardians & tigers). obviously we have to shut down sal perez who killed us, witt and of course deal with lugo who shut us out.

The Yankee bullpen scares me. An area where the Yankees seemed to have the formula, it did not work this year. Starters go 6 these days, The bullpen is a question mark.

I for one will endorse this message… 😂 Love ya’ Russ, old pal.. 🤓 thanks inger there really are no dominant teams any more - which is likely good for baseball.
