FB 3-4 inches inside waist high, he doesn't chase, ball 4.
1st and 2nd, two down for Verdugo, who's 1-3 with a RBI single, a HBP and a GIDP vs. Bubic. Well, at least he can't GIDP here.

But he can try to pull a slider on the outer 3rd, and boy can he rollover on a grounder, this one to Gurriel at 1st for variety, takes it to the bag, inning over.
Bottom 8, 3-2 Yanks.
Top of the order for the Royals in their half of the 8th inning, Massey, Witt and Pasquantino. Can't really go with Hill here, much as I'd like to, with Witt up in the middle.
